Part-Time Client Care & Claims Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Client Care & Claims Coordinator to join our administrative team. This position will initially be part-time, with an anticipated transition to full-time hours to provide coverage for a parental leave.
The Client & Claims Coordinator plays an important role in supporting both the administrative and client-care functions of Weaving Wellness Centre. The position is responsible for coordinating and reconciling claims and payments across multiple funding streams, supporting new and existing clients in navigating administrative processes, and assisting with the smooth operation of clinical programming.

Full-Time Centre Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Centre Administrator to join our team in a full-time, permanent position supporting the ongoing operations of our Indigenous-led psychotherapy and consulting practice. This role is integral to ensuring smooth administrative systems, effective communication, and coordination across our team, organizational projects, and community partnerships.
We are looking for someone who is not only task-oriented but also eager to build genuine relationships with our team and broader networks. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to contributing meaningfully to the Centre's work. Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and confidence in navigating administrative systems are essential.
