ADHD Counselling
Our individual and group therapy programs support adults living with ADHD by offering practical tools, strategies and counselling rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, and meaningful action.
10-Session ADHD Counselling Program
For: Adults living with ADHD in Ontario (can be self-identified)
Format: One-on-one virtual sessions
Outcome: Develop practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, and follow-through while fostering self-compassion and values-driven decision-making. Clients will leave the program with a personalized long-term action plan and bundle of practices.
Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, this program is designed to help individuals navigate common ADHD challenges such as impulsivity, procrastination, time blindness, emotional intensity, and executive functioning difficulties. Rather than trying to eliminate symptoms or “fix” thoughts and feelings, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) focuses on building psychological flexibility, learning how to respond differently to internal experiences so clients can move toward what truly matters to them.
The program combines psychoeducation, exercises, mindfulness practices, and ADHD-friendly planning strategies. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique goals, needs, and strengths, with an emphasis on realistic, sustainable change.
