Sophie (they/them), is a passionate and dedicated queer non-Indigenous helper, born and raised in Toronto, ON. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Sexuality, Relationships, and Family Studies, Sophie has honed their skills through an Honours Counselling Specialization and a Human Services Practicum Specialization at the University of Waterloo. Currently serving as the senior administrative support at the Weaving Wellness Centre, Sophie juggles various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Their commitment to the organization extends beyond daily tasks, as Sophie actively contributes to fostering a supportive and empowering environment within the team.

Outside the realm of their professional life, Sophie finds solace and joy in nature, channeling their creativity through art, and cherishing moments spent with their partners.
