She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Kimberly has a keen passion for supporting those who seek to improve their mental health, well-being and quality of life. She seeks to create a safe space for clients to explore and express their authentic self. This involves a culturally humble, anti- oppressive, and collaborative practice which is informed by consistent learning and education. Kimberly has often supported individuals living with grief and loss, trauma, substance use concerns, mood issues, and general feelings of being “stuck."

Kimberly uses a trauma-informed integrative approach, primarily drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, although she also makes use of strategies from Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She believes in using mindfulness-based tools as an integral part of the healing process and is eager to support those travelling pathways towards greater well-being.
