Bryanna (she/her/they) is a mixed person (Black, Scotian Mi'kmaw, and Settler), born and raised in Toronto, ON. Her Grandmother is Scotian (Mi'kmaw and Black) from Hants County, Nova Scotia. Her Papa (Grandfather) comes from a trail-blazing Black history, as well as mixed Indigenous ancestry. Bryanna strives to foster healing spaces for all those she works with, whether through individual therapy, groups or community circles.

Bryanna completed her Master of Social Work at University of Toronto in the Indigenous Trauma and Resiliency program. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and has worked with Indigenous peoples from various communities and Nations.

Bryanna employs an Indigenous holistic perspective, weaving together Indigenous cultural knowledge and therapeutic modalities. She specializes in EMDR and trauma-informed approaches, and often draws on other therapies, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, sand tray therapy and Indigenous Focusing Tools to support clients on their healing journeys.
