IFS Indigenous Community Collective

Registration Open

We're looking to host an IFS Indigenous Community Collective space with clinicians and helpers using Internal Family Systems in their work with clients and community members. We would like to create a space to share ideas and experiences related to members' use of IFS. This will be our inaugural session, and we will be seeking feedback on what might be needed in the space.

This is intended to be a space that prioritizes Indigenous voices from Turtle Island, and we ask that only Métis, First Nation and Inuit participants join.

Formal IFS training is not a requirement, but is recommended for joining the group.

Date: March 20th, 2026

Time: 3:00 PM EDT (1:00 PM MDT/CST)

Length: 1.5 hrs

To register, please fill out the expression of interest form at the bottom of the page.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is at the forefront of a global movement toward mental health that resonates with Indigenous beliefs and practices. IFS offers a clear, non-pathologizing, and empowering view of human life. It is an evidence-based psychospiritual model that can supplement traditional healing practices and ceremony. IFS addresses legacy burdens bringing hope and transformative healing to all our relations.  -Indigenous IFS
