Paige (she/her) is a proud member of the Makwa (Bear) Clan from Wasauksing First Nation, with family ties through her father to Shawanaga First Nation. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Concordia University and is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She is also a qualifying registrant with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Currently, Paige is pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Toronto and is a student member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

In her practice, Paige integrates Indigenous perspectives with professional training in art therapy, drawing from psychology, psychodynamic theory, and human development. She has worked extensively with youth, adults, and older adults, with a particular focus on Indigenous communities. Paige incorporates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Art and Play therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Mindfulness. She is also interested in Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as tools to support clients on their healing journeys.

Paige has experience working with individuals navigating neurodivergence, traumatic brain injuries, anxiety, depression and life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting Indigenous youth, fostering a safe and welcoming space where self-expression, healing, and wellness can thrive. Rooted in a humanistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, Paige is committed to creating meaningful therapeutic connections that empower those she works with.
